Welcome to Malvern Terrace Artists

The terrace

Originally known as the Terrace Artists the group was formed in 1981 with the aim of providing an opportunity for amateur and professional artists to exhibit and sell their work.

The group took their name from the terrace at the Winter Gardens where the early open-air exhibitions were held.

The Terrace wall display
Before the remodelling and redevelopment of the Winter Gardens in the mid-nineties there was a glass-roofed terraceVictorian dress at the rear of the building. This was used along with further uncovered walls, iron railings and balustrades to display members art work during the Malvern Festival.
